How we process orders
- All orders are shipped from New York. You can not change your order once it is fulfilled.
- All U.S. Next Day Shipping orders are made before 3pm (Eastern Time), will be shipped the same business day (Excluding Weekends and Holiday). Orders made after 3pm will be shipped the following business day (Excluding Weekends and Holiday).
- All U.S. standard orders will be shipped via USPS Or UPS 3-5 business days and will be processed within 24 hours except for delays (Exclude Weekends and Holiday)
- All international packages orders will be processed within 48 Hours and will be delivered by DHL Or UPS in 5-7 business days. (Exclude Weekends and Holiday)
- We will constantly provide you with updates regarding your order via e-mail. Please be sure your email is correct when placing your order. Our shipping department will make your tracking number available according to our daily system updates. Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for up to 48 hours after your order leaves our location.
- Shipping fee is non-refundable.
- For international orders, please be sure to enter a valid phone number at check out. Without a phone number, DHL/UPS international express shipping will not be able to make a delivery.
- P.O. Box addresses can only be processed by USPS. If you need DHL international express service, please enter a building address.
- We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect shipping addresses or missing phone numbers from the original order. We are also not responsible if you ignored any pickup notice from the shipping carrier, resulting in the loss of the package. We will not be held liable for misplaced or lost packages by shipping carrier.
- Any return to sender package will be refunded as store credit, so you can make a purchase again with the correct address.
- Packages shipped to non-US countries might randomly get charged for duty tax. However, we do not take any responsibility for customs taxes. If you refuse a package due to taxes, no refund.

Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster. 4. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport. 5. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks. 6. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
