Shipping Policy
How we process orders
All orders are shipped from New York. You can not change your order once it is fulfilled.
- All Next Day orders made before 3 pm EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders made after 3 pm EST will be shipped the following business day and delivered the day after. This excludes weekends and holidays.
- All U.S. standard orders* will be processed within 24 hours except for delays and will be shipped via USPS or UPS 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- All Canada orders* will be processed within 48 hours except for delays and will be shipped via UPS 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- All international orders** will be processed within 48 Hours and will be delivered by UPS in 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
*P.O. Box addresses can only be processed by USPS.
**Military Mail (APO/AP/FPO) will ship via USPS with normal delivery time varying by destination and military activity. Please refer to USPS delivery times for more information.
We will constantly provide you with updates regarding your order via e-mail. Please be sure your email is correct when placing your order. Our shipping department will make your tracking number available according to our daily system updates. Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for up to 48 hours after your order leaves our location.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Attention
1) For international orders, please be sure to enter a valid phone number at check out. Without a phone number, UPS international express shipping will not be able to make a delivery.
2) We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect shipping addresses or missing phone numbers from the original order. We are also not responsible if you ignore any pickup notice from the shipping carrier, resulting in the loss of the package. We will not be held liable for misplaced or lost packages by the shipping carrier.
3) Any packages marked as returned-to-sender will be refunded as store credit so you can make a purchase again with the correct address.
4) Packages shipping to non-US countries might randomly be charged for duty tax. However, we do not take any responsibility for additional customs taxes. These fees are non-refundable.
5) Orders containing 3+ dresses/gowns or valued at $500+ may be shipped with a signature required to ensure a successful delivery.

- EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL -
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations under an order you have placed that is caused by events outside our control (a "Force Majeure Event"). A Force Majeure Event shall include any act, event, non- happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and shall include in particular (without limitation) the following: 1. Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action. 2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war. 3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster. 4. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport. 5. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks. 6. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
