Where is Miss Circle located?

We are located in New York City. All orders are shipped from New York warehouse. 

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully? 

You will receive an automatic email when your order has been processed. Once the shipping label is created, you will receive another email with the tracking number. 

How do I know when my order will arrive? 

The ETA of your order will be displayed on checkout. The ETA may differ depending on shipping address and the shipping method.

How come I did not receive an order confirmation email?

You may not have entered or provided the correct email. If that may be the case, please reach out to our customer service team. 

How do I change/cancel my order? 

Please send us an email at info@misscircle with the subject "Change Order #" or "Cancel Order #" before it is fulfilled.

What is your return/exchange policy?

How soon can I expect my refund back? 

Please allow 5-7 business days for the return / exchange process once it is delivered to our return address. 

How does the return/exchange work for U.S orders?

To exchange or return a purchase, please request a prepaid return label through your account. If you do not have an account, please create one using the same email you placed the order. Once the account is created, all orders will be under the "Account" page. Please then proceed to the follow the instructions.

How does return work for INTERNATIONAL orders?

Once you fill out a return form for the items you wish to return (be sure to include the order number, SKU number, and size). Once the form is filled out, please mail the item to our Brooklyn office. Please refer to this page for instructions: https://misscircle.com/pages/return-form

What if the dress I want is out of my size? When are items restocked? 

Most of the restock usually takes 3-4 weeks. Please join our mailing list for the earliest update. 

Do the items run true to size? 

Yes, our items run true to size. The stretchiness depends on the fabric and material of the item.

How do I know if the size is perfect fit for me?

How long does U.S shipping take?  

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. We have Next-Day shipping: $39.95 for Next-Day delivery. (No deliveries on the weekends or holidays).

Do you ship internationally? 

We currently ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Mexico, and Australia. 

How long does international shipping take?

International shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. It will be delivered by DHL Or UPS. (No deliveries on the weekends or holidays).
