WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a motivated and hardworking Full Time Supervisor to join our Soho Flagship Store. In this role, you’ll be a leader on the sales floor, driving exceptional customer service, supporting store operations, and helping the team reach new heights of success.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience

Lead by example to foster a positive, welcoming, and personalized shopping experience.

Assist customers at every stage of their journey to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations.

Train and mentor Sales Associates on effectively sharing brand knowledge and promotions with customers.

Maintain an inspiring, well-organized, and efficient store environment.
Sales & Profit
-
Innovate and execute strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with the Management team to develop sales initiatives and make confident decisions to drive store performance.

Stay informed about store KPIs and provide regular feedback on product performance, sales techniques, and operational procedures.

Implement measures to protect profits and minimize losses.
Visual & Merchandising
-
Ensure the store consistently reflects Miss Circle’s visual standards.

Partner with the Management team to plan and implement merchandising updates.

Oversee daily replenishment, deliveries, and organizational tasks to support efficient operations.
People & Culture
-
Work collaboratively as part of an inclusive and diverse team.

Train, delegate, and guide team members to ensure Sales Advisors meet and exceed expectations.

Assist the Management team in training, developing, and evaluating Sales Advisors’ performance.

Uphold health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of both customers and colleagues.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

At least 2 years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Strong communication and motivational skills to lead and develop team members.

Flexibility with working hours, including weekends.

A proactive mindset and the ability to work with a sense of urgency.
