Free return labels for all U.S. orders 

Miss Circle will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags intact with your original receipt within fourteen (14) days of the date of the customer receiving your package.

One time return label will be provided for return/exchange requests for all U.S. orders

We can replace your current item with a different size, color, or an entirely different design within 14 business days. Discounts DOES NOT apply for exchanges. Fees may apply on exchanges or returns based on the price of the replacement item. 

We are not responsible for lost packages. The cost of expedited shipping to you for the original order (if applicable) is not subject to refund. We are not responsible for non-Miss Circle merchandise included in any returns.

Refunds

Miss Circle reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the below return requirements in Miss Circle’s sole discretion. Return packages will only be eligible for a refund if they meet the following criteria: 

  • Must be returned within 14 business days from date of delivery
  • Must have the original tags attached
  • Must be in good, unworn original condition- no stains, rips, foul odors, etc.
  • Must not have any alterations
  • Swimsuits must be full-priced at the time of purchase, with the Hygienic Plastic cover in place, and unworn.
  • Undergarments can NOT be returned

Products that are not in the same condition as they were at the time of delivery or which have been used beyond the mere opening of the package shall not be exchanged or refunded. Undergarments & swimwear are returnable or exchangeable, as long as they remain in the original packaging and the hygienic sticker remains attached. 

Refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as onto a debit/credit card account, PayPal, store credit or a combination of the two). You will receive a confirmation via email once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your bank statement (due to different banking institution policies). Price adjustments will not be honored for any marked-down merchandise. 

Sale items

All sale items are marked with "on-sale" signs which can only be returned for a store credit or exchange. (No exchanges for international orders)

Store Credit 

Store credit can only be used in our online store. Store or merchandise credits may not be converted to cash at any point, except as required by applicable law.

Defective items

It must be reported within 7 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not accept the return, or may be subjected to additional fees. Kindly bear in mind that due to technology and colors and patterns among other things beyond our control, certain colors, sizes and textures may vary from those set forth on the website. 

Incorrect items

If you believe you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

International orders

Simply fill out our return form with your order number and mail the item(s) to our return address within 14 business days from the date of delivery. We do not provide return labels for international. 

Return / exchange Instructions

  1. Sign in to your account to obtain a return label.
  2. Choose the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and follow step by step.
  3. Once the return label has been approved, you will receive an email with the label to print out
  4. Locate your return form and invoice inside your parcel, fill in the Order # and any necessary information and include the return form inside the return parcel for easy identification.
  5. Drop the parcel to your nearest UPS/USPS access point with your printed label.

Please include with the product being returned all original boxes, instructions, documents, and wrappings. After reviewing the product, we will let you know whether or not you have a right to a refund based on our Return and Exchange policy conditions. We will process your refund as soon as possible and in any case; within 21 days of the date the returned goods have been received by us. We will refund any money received from you using the same method used to make the payment if the card is available. If not, subject to any legal requirements, we will issue you merchandise credit or check as dictated by the circumstances as concluded by the company. Merchandise credits do not expire.
